Does Mondly’s Digital Language Tutor (DLT) collect or store personal data?

When your organisation registers you on Mondly Workplace, an administrator enters essential details such as your name and email address to set up your account. Mondly, as a platform, then collects limited personal data to personalise and improve your experience. This includes learning progress, optional profile details (like social media handles, if used for login), and tracking data where consent is provided.

Within the Digital Language Tutor (DLT), only voice recordings from practice sessions are captured to deliver tailored feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and language use. These recordings are securely transcribed in real time and are retained only as long as necessary to support your learning. All data collected on Mondly is securely stored, managed in line with stringent data protection standards, and used exclusively to enhance and support your language learning experience on Mondly Workplace.
